Pathways And Subjects In Senior School – Kenya Competency-Based Curriculum
In Senior School, all learners must take the following the four (4) core subjects irrespective of their preferred Pathways:
- English
- Kiswahili/Kenya Sign Language
- Community Service Learning
- Physical Education.
Learners will select three (3) optional subjects from those available in their chosen pathway and tracks. The three Pathways are:
- Arts and Sports Science
- Social Sciences
- Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).

Note:
- Life skills will be adapted to suit the specific issues in each learning area.
- Learners will have opportunities to develop ICT skills for both learning and enjoyment.
- Learners will also participate in the Pastoral Instruction Program (PPI).
