Affiliates

The program is open to organizations/institutions and adult persons of (18 years and above) who include influencers and other active social media practitioners.

The program is open to interested parties, both local and international.

Prerequisites for registration as an affiliate are:

• a valid user account
• a one-time active subscription to at least one product of choice from our product catalogue.

NB: TCEN Ltd policies, products and services terms of use, and country-specific statutory obligations apply.

To register for the affiliate program:

• Ensure that you have a valid user account.
• Ensure that you have an active subscription.
• Log into your account.
• Scroll to the footer menu and select ‘Affiliate Area’.
• Complete and submit the application form.
• Check your email for confirmation of successful submission of your application.

Application can be completed in under two minutes. Upon submitting an application, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the application.

Registrations are received and processed on a first come first served basis. TCEN endeavors to process applications within 72 hours from the time of receipt.

Once approved, applicants you are able to access your dedicated affiliate dashboard immediately, through the ‘Affiliate Area’ link on the footer menu. You have to be logged in to see the footer.

You will also receive an email confirming the approval status.

This is a dedicated online space where a registered affiliate can:

• track promotional activity including, referrals, visits, conversions, related graphical representations, and performance of promotions.
• access financial information including; earnings, paid and unpaid conversions, payout details and channels
• Generate promotional URLs
• Get creatives to use in product promotions.

You may consider: digital based promotions or field promotions (physical activations).

To facilitate promotions via digital platforms, you can generate promotion links and creatives on your affiliate dashboard and share them via preferred channels such as social media applications and channels, blogs, email, and other digital communication platforms.

In the case of field sales, you may do real-time activations via an internet enabled device including; or download and apply activation forms from our Template Bank by filtering for ‘TCEN Product Activation Forms’.

TCEN products are subscription-based, and all have the provision for self-service. Customers can initiate purchases through official product pages, or through the TCEN online Shop. The purchase process for all products is fully automated.

All payments due to TCEN shall be made via TCEN approved payment channels and accounts, which for now are mobile money and card payments only. Cash payments are not allowed. TCEN Ltd does not take responsibility for any financial losses as a result of non-observance hence violation of this guideline.

A subscriber may however be assisted to register for programs at an additional standard nominal rate of Kes. 200 which shall be paid directly to the assisting agent.

You can run generate and run as many promotions as you wish, including concurrently, from anywhere at any time.

Commission is computed as a percentage of each new core subscription. The percentage to be adopted in computation of commission is as shall have been published at the time of a given subscription.

TCEN Ltd reserves the right to determine and vary the reward criteria, including but not limited to commission rates and discounts at any time and without reference to affiliates, provided always that recurrent commissions shall be paid on subscription fees at the rate applied in the first year for each subsequent renewal of a core subscription.

Payment will be based on a one (1) calendar-month payment remittance cycle or such other shorter period as may be determined and adequately supported by TCEN Ltd payment systems and processes, and at no extra cost to TCEN Ltd.

Each party receiving payment shall be responsible for the cost of processing and transfer of their commissions, exchange rate differences, any statutory and regulatory requirements, and such other unforeseen, unprovided for, but reasonable expenditure due in respect of their accounts and operations. 

All payments shall be remitted through agreed channels which may include bank accounts, mobile money transfer, or such other valid means.

Commissions shall be paid at the initial rate on subsequent renewals for as long as TCEN Ltd continues to exist as is under its current ownership.

Payouts are subject to any liabilities occasioned by the affiliate having been made good as and when they arise, and fully compensated where applicable.

Yes. TCEN Ltd subscribes to the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) guidelines. You can edit your personal information at any time through your personalized dashboard.  You, the subscriber reserves the right to determine the information to share on any of our platforms and take full take responsibility for it.  You will be able to add new information and also edit existing information. You are advised not to share any information that you consider to be sensitive, or that you may not wish to be accessed by other users. You are additionally advised to keep your access credentials including usernames and passwords confidential. As per the Terms of Service, TCEN Ltd does not take responsibility for any information shared on our platforms and accessed by other users, or for errors, omissions, and misinformation shared by you on your account. 

TCEN Ltd also reserves the right to shut down any account that it feels is violating user terms and conditions, is controversial, or has the potential to cause unrest or discomfort to other users without further reference to the account owner.
